Payment Information

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, & Cash App. All merchandise is brand new and 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted brands and manufacturers.

Orders & Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same or next day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Creating an account when placing your order allows you to view order history, track shipments, and receive updates and special offers.

Shipping & Pickup

We offer both shipping and in-store pickup at Companion Skatepark in Greenville, SC.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $200 within the continental U.S.

  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking information provided by email upon shipment.

  • All orders ship from Greenville, South Carolina, ensuring fast delivery to most East Coast destinations in 1–3 business days.

In-Store Pickup:
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Pick up during business hours with your order number and a valid ID.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it in time, but we'll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including tags, boxes, and any extras like laces or hardware).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items or discounted merchandise

  • Skate hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes)

  • Special releases or limited drops

Include your original receipt or a note with your name, email, order number, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. Use our Contact Form or email us at matthew@companionskatepark.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Incorrect Orders

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future—stay tuned!
